Insurance Strategies, Greg specializes in helping senior executives
reposition their business through information technology.
Current assignments include working with financial institutions on
their next generation E-Business, service and technology strategies and
with start-ups helping them to define marketing and technology directions
as they launch and grow their businesses.
Mr. Ross is a Senior
Executive with 30 years of experience in I/T and Business Strategy
integration and execution. Specialization
includes insurance, financial services, electronic commerce, customer
self-service and sales force automation.
His primary focus is helping CEO’s, CIO’s and Chief Marketing
Officers effectively integrate e-business technology strategies and
capabilities into their business operations and create high performance
organizations that meet commitments and deliver value to their customers.
Many times he has demonstrated how technology could redefine and
reposition their business strategies.
He is also assisting senior business and technology executives in
startup companies with marketing plans, strategic alliances, business
operations planning and product technology platform assessments.
Mr.
Ross is the founder and President of eStrategies
Consulting,
and was formerly an Executive Vice President at New England Financial,
where he served as Chief Information Officer, head of Electronic Commerce
and head of Customer Service and Insurance Underwriting.
Mr. Ross received his B.A. in Economics with
concentrations in Mathematics and Political Science from Tufts University.
He is also a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered
Financial Consultant), which are financial services industry designations
that demonstrate competence in financial and estate planning.
